Most of our clients are not home during their appointments. Some clients leave keys with their front desk staff or let us in before they leave. Other clients give us a key ,so in this case we can clean without disrupting your work. Also we have clients who feel more comfortable being home during cleaning . Staff & Services
We allow cancellations up to 48 hours before a scheduled visit without a fee. We require a 24-hours notification. If we receive fewer than 24 hours notice then we will charge a $70 fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
We will give you a window of time (usually within an hour.). Due to normal scheduling and job time variations, we cannot give exact times.
Yes. We provide all the supplies and tools necessary for your home cleaning. Occasionally, our clients may ask that we use a special product for specific items in their homes

Deep Cleaning is a comprehensive top to bottom cleaning that goes further to get rid of dirt, grime, soap scum, and other gunk around your home. It’s a more thorough service than the standard cleaning.
